The Survivorship Passport

06/12/2018

Stakeholders met in Brussels on 24 September 2018 to discuss the current status and challenges of the Survivorship Passport.

The differences in long-term follow-up in different countries was discussed, as well as standards of care, guideline development, IT infrastructure, funding and implementation plans.

The stakeholders decided to form an Executive Committee consisting of CCI Europe, PanCare and SIOPE representatives to move the project further.

Earlier this year, the Survivorship Passport group published ‘The ‘Survivorship Passport’ for childhood cancer survivors’ in the European Journal of Cancer (EJC) by Elsevier.
