Established in 2022, the psychosocial working group has grown steadily and has already been able to expand its network and come closer to achieving one of the main goals of the Working Group: a Europe-wide network that connects existing working groups through the composition of representatives dedicating their work to projects related to psychosocial care and research.
One of the Working Group’s aims is “Raising Awareness” of what, how, when and who is psychosocial care and research. A further goal is to strengthen this network with representatives from all European countries with the goal of tackling psychosocial health inequities across Europe.
In order to begin mapping and collaborating, we cordially invite all psychosocial professionals covering both research and/or care whose activity is relevant to the care of children with cancer and their families to attend an Open Network Meeting on Monday, 13 March 2023 from 1 – 3 PM CET (local time in Brussels) via Zoom.
