About IMAGIO
On July 10 and 11, SIOP Europe participated in the 2nd IMAGIO Consortium Meeting at Leiden University Medical Center, The Netherlands, which brought together experts and stakeholders committed to enhancing cancer care through minimally invasive interventions. Discussions with partners reinforced the collective vision to strengthen interventional oncology in routine clinical practice.
IMAGIO is redefining cancer care by leveraging innovative imaging and minimally invasive techniques to improve survival rates for liver cancer, lung cancer, and sarcoma patients across Europe. As October was Liver Awareness Month, the IMAGIO project launched a social media campaign to raise awareness about this type of cancer. Throughout October, SIOPE was pleased to contribute to disseminating the Liver Cancer Awareness Month campaign through its social media platforms.
