SIOP Europe Annual Meeting 2024
The 5th SIOP Europe Annual Meeting took place on 13-17 May 2024 in Milan, Italy. This meeting provided an opportunity for participants to share their knowledge, collaborate and debate the outcomes of high quality clinical and basic research carried out in Europe, as well as many opportunities for networking and mentoring for young doctors and fellows.

We look forward to creating an exciting educational programme for the next edition, which will take place in Budapest, Hungary, from 12 to 16 May 2025.
We are delighted to welcome the SIOP Europe and CCI Europe community to the 6th edition of the SIOP Europe Annual Meeting. This unique meeting will allow us to come together once again to network, collaborate, share knowledge, meet old and new friends, get to know the young generation of paediatric oncologists, as well as interact with the parent and survivor community.
Held in partnership with CCI Europe, the SIOP Europe Annual Meeting brings together diverse stakeholders involved in addressing key issues for children and adolescents with cancer.
The Annual Meeting is a joint meeting of diverse European Clinical Trials Groups, Young Oncologists, SIOP Europe Working Groups, and Parent & Survivor representatives.
Join us for the next edition with a unique interactive format to discuss the current priorities and needs in the field of childhood cancer, with the opportunity to share knowledge, collaborate and network.
Program Overview:
- Monday and Tuesday: Sessions predominantly organized by the Liquid Tumors Group I-BFM, as well as the SIOP Europe Radiation Oncology Working Group, ECHO, EHL, EICNHL, Young SIOPE and others!
- Wednesday: Joint and plenary sessions of interest to the entire community, including SIOP Europe Working Group sessions.
- Thursday and Friday: Sessions primarily organized by the Solid Tumour Groups EpSSG, EXPeRT, CWS, EURO-EWING, FOSTER, as well as sessions by SIOPEN, SIOPEL, ITCC, Germ Cell Tumours, SIOP Europe Palliative Care Working Group, SIOP Europe Nursing Working Group, and others!
CCI Europe
The 15th CCI Europe Conference will be held from Wednesday 14 May to Saturday 17 May! The annual social event network dinner will take place on Friday 16 May. Extensive details about the CCI Europe conference will be available shortly!
CLLS
The 14th Biennial Childhood Leukemia and Lymphoma Symposium (CLLS 2025) will take place on May 10-11, 2025, in Budapest, Hungary. CLLS is an important opportunity for fellows, researchers, and junior faculty to highlight emerging basic and clinical information on hematological malignancies. Again, the unique "I-BFM and CLLS atmosphere", developed over the last 40 years on the idea of building networks across borders by being inclusive and promoting cooperative research projects or even by establishing new friendships, will be maintained. Abstract submission will open in November 2024. This symposium will take place just before the SIOP Europe Annual Meeting, which will feature a full program by I-BFM.
