The smartCARE Consortium aims to develop a Cancer Survivor Smart Card to improve the quality of life and health status of cancer survivors in the form of a mobile application that embraces the core attributes of patient-centred care.
A prototype is currently being developed with input from patient-led workshops, healthcare professionals and app developers. To help define the long-term vision for the app, we invite you to complete the user needs survey and encourage cancer patients, survivors and carers in your network to take part in this important initiative.
