We are glad to inform you that the25th Annual Meeting of the International BFM Study Group (I-BFM-SG) will take place on 26 - 27 April 2014, to be followed by the 9th Biennial Symposium on Childhood Leukemia (CLS) on 28 - 29 April 2014. The Leukemia Symposium is traditionally connected to the I-BFM-SG meeting, and both events will be held in the Clarion Congress Hotel in Prague.

The I-BFM-SG meeting has become one of the best international forums for collaborative clinical and translational research in most frequent childhood cancer. It is a closed-access meeting on invitation by the Chair of the national group and consists of several Committee Sessions that run parallely. The main goal is to discuss in detail the progress in research, diagnostics and treatment of childhood leukemias and lymphomas.

The 9th Symposium on Childhood Leukemia is organized as a common-type congress with standard structure composed of oral and poster presentations on childhood leukemias and lymphomas. European Working Groups on Childhood Myelodysplastic syndrome (EWOG-MDS) and Severe Aplastic Anemia (EWOG-SAA)  will actively participate in CLS organizing the session on myelodysplastic syndrome and bone marrow failures.

Over 400 participants including world leading experts in the field will be participating in both events. In addition, we will be organizing an interesting exhibition of various pharmaceutical companies and satellite symposia.
