Wall of fame

In 2021, Professor Jean-Louis Habrand, leading radiation oncologist from Paris (Gustave Roussy & Orsay), and former chief of the radiotherapy department in Caen, retired. For this occasion, he was interviewed by Professor Anne Laprie.

Also in 2021, Dr. Pei Shuen Lim (University College London Hospitals, UK) will complete her MD Research Degree investigating the benefits and challenges of proton beam therapy. Her particular focus is on developing strategies to manage uncertainties of proton therapy in the abdominal region. For this occasion, she was interviewed by Cathy Dunlea.

In December 2020, Dr. Christian Carrie (Centre Leon Berard, Lyon, France), leading radiation oncologist for many decades and founding father of the Paediatric Radiation Oncology Society (PROS) has officially retired. For this occasion, he was interviewed by Professor Anne Laprie.

Also by December 2020, Dr. Joeri Mul (University Medical Centre & Princess Maxima Centre, Utrecht, The Netherlands) will complete his PhD-research project on highly-conformal target volumes for flank irradiation in paediatric renal tumours. For this occasion, he was interviewed by Prof. Tom Boterberg.
