Your personal data
Your privacy is important to us.
SIOP Europe will gather and process all personal data within the context of the preparation and execution of our events. We will collect personally identifiable information from you, such as, but not limited to your name, email address and phone number. In accordance with data protection regulations personal data, payment history and correspondence will be stored for the period prescribed by law (currently 7 years). As a rule, SIOP Europe will not store credit card information. Access to the information you have provided will be limited to authorised employees as required for the meeting purposes only.
Use of your data
As a member of SIOP Europe, involvement in various SIOP Europe projects (ERN PaedCan, ACCELERATE Conference, PARTNER project, etc.) or having attended a SIOP Europe event (SIOP Europ Annual Meeting, ICCD, SIOPE – MAC Event, etc.), we will contact you through our regular newsletters or email communication. You may unsubscribe from these mailings at any time.
How can I access and update my personal information?
As a member, you can update some of your information by signing into the Members Area on our website and visiting your details.
You control the data we hold
You can ask to be removed from our mailing list at any time. We will delete your information (such as your name, email address, postal address, etc.) securely and swiftly.

Photographs taken during meetings, conferences, events
As organisers and hosts of events, we reserve the right to use photo and video material in our reports, brochures, websites and social media channels. By registering to any SIOP Europe organised event including virtual event and webinar, attendees agree that photographs taken during these events may be posted on various communications channels. The names of the attendees will not be published.
Unsubscribing from mailing lists
SIOP Europe provides users with the opportunity to unsubscribe from our mailing lists through an ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of all our email communications. Our contacts may choose to receive only specific information or none at all through a special online form ‘update your preferences’, which is also available at the bottom of all our email communications. Should you wish to stop receiving emails from us, you may do so by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any email.
