Young SIOPE are pleased to announce that 4 new members have been elected to the Steering Committee: Daniela di Carlo (Italy), Malgorzata Krawczyk (Poland), Emma Seaford (UK) and Vasiliki Tzotzola (Greece). They join Maria Otth (chair), Reineke Schoot (past-chair), Roelof van Ewijk and Teresa de Rojas to form the new Young SIOPE Steering Committee.
Young SIOPE would like to thank outgoing Steering Committee members Eva Brack, Erika Pace and Nikolas Herold for their essential contribution during the inaugural years of the Group.
Additionally, four Young SIOPE members recently joined the SIOPE AYA Committee: Eva Brack (Switzerland), Morgane Cleirec (France), Maria Otth (Switzerland) and Paula Perez (Spain).
The Group co-organized two educational sessions during the 3rd SIOPE Annual Meeting taking place virtually in March 2022:
- Management of challenging cases of high-grade osteosarcoma: A collaborative session between Osteosarcoma / Bone sarcoma group and Young SIOPE
- ECHO and Young SIOPE: Management of Langerhans cell histiocytosis - the past and the future
Both sessions were recorded and are available on-demand within the Virtual Platform until 25 May 2022.
