We are pleased to report on the TREL final meeting held in Mechelen, which was a hybrid final meeting involving members of the TREL consortium, the SIOPE team and the project officer Amélie Birot from REA, the Research Executive Agency.
During the meeting the following topics were discussed:

- Achievements and impact
- Innovative therapies
- Clinical trial readiness
- Survivorship research
- Research methodology
- Communication and dissemination.
SIOPE has had the privilege of managing the communication and dissemination activities for the TREL project over the last three years, which has led to many professional interactions across Europe. TREL has been a truly enriching experience in so many ways and we would like to congratulate the representatives of Vilnius University Hospital Santaros Klinikos (VULSK) for their commitment and efforts to promote the research excellence of VULSK and to enhance its reputation, attractiveness and networking channels in the field of paediatric solid tumours.
