News from the European Group for Retinoblastoma (EuRbG)

22/04/2024

Retinoblastoma is a very rare disease representing only 3% of all cancers in children under the age of 15 years. Although treatments have improved over time allowing cure in many patients, early detection, preservation of eye and vision, management of high-risk patients remain challenging.

The European Group for Retinoblastoma (EuRbG) has been founded to assemble professionals from various fields, ophthalmologists, oncologists, biologists, nurses, orthoptists and patient representatives, to join forces to improve care for these rare patients. If you are interested and wish to contribute to fight retinoblastoma, you are most welcome to join EuRbG and become an active member!
