Led by SIOP Europe, in cooperation with CCI Europe, POLARIS is a partnership project to develop a set of communication tools that ALL (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia) medical teams can use to explain ALL treatment protocols, medical terminology and investigations, guidance, and results to patients/caregivers in an easy-to-understand visual language.

Digital and tangible tools - Protocols' Road maps
One of the goals of the POLARIS project is to develop a better understanding of different medical procedures among patients and caregivers. This is achieved through the Protocols’ Road maps, which offer graphic description of the treatment paths. While the pilot centers will soon start using the POLARIS maps, the following digital Leukemia Illustrated maps are available.
