As we're advancing into autumn, we are excited to announce the beginning of new projects.
First and foremost, we are thrilled to announce the publication of Matei Amicucci's article. The freshly published article marks the starting point of the Delphi study, in which the SIOPE Nursing Working Group was invited to participate.

NURSING SYMPOSIUM
Nursing Innovations Around the World
At the SIOP Congress 2024 in Hawaii, an inspiring session on nursing innovations was organized, which focused on both home care and complementary care.
Denmark and Australia demonstrated the innovative approaches being taken in the provision of home care.
Furthermore, a more detailed examination of complementary care was conducted, encompassing a range of modalities from acupuncture to the utilization of a canine assistant in a medical setting. A collective reflection on the role of nurses in this context was also undertaken.
Not present in Hawaii and missed it?... Please note that the session is available to view online.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to her on this well-deserved achievement and are immensely proud to see her representing us on the global stage. Her leadership and dedication continue to inspire us all, and we are confident that she will make significant contributions to the advancement of paediatric oncology nursing worldwide.
