SIOPE and ESO continue the fruitful collaboration initiated last year in the field of online education.
The joint e-ESO session on paediatric oncology will take place on 26 October 2017 from 18:15 to 19:00 CET, and it consists in a clinical case discussion of a case case of metastatic undifferentiated sarcoma in an adolescent. The case will be presented by L. Bergamaschi (National Cancer Institute, Milan, Italy), who participated in the last ESO-SIOPE Masterclass 2016, and it will be discussed by experts from our community: Prof Riccardo Riccardi (SIOPE Board Member, Univ. Cattolica Roma, Italy), R. Alaggio (Padua University, Italy), D. Orbach (Institut Curie, France).
These free distance learning sessions on the Internet, called “e-sessions”, are CME accredited and this format allows the highest level of interaction between the expert, the discussants and the participants, who can ask their questions during the session. The recorded sessions which remain available on the e-ESO website for further viewing.
